Painting involves applying a coat of joint compound to the drywall surface, followed by a primer and two coats of low-VOC latex paint, such as Benjamin Moore's Aura line. This process ensures a smooth, even finish that is free of imperfections. Our painters use Graco airless sprayers to achieve a uniform coat.

Surface Preparation — We begin by cleaning the drywall surface with a mixture of TSP and water to remove any dirt or debris. This ensures a strong bond between the paint and the drywall.
Taping and Mudding — Next, we apply a layer of mesh tape to the seams and corners, followed by a coat of USG's Sheetrock brand joint compound.
Priming and Painting — After the compound is dry, we apply a coat of Zinsser's BIN primer to the entire surface, followed by two coats of paint.
Final Inspection — Finally, we inspect the painted surface to ensure it meets our quality standards, making any necessary touch-ups with a small brush and a can of touch-up paint from the original batch.
